It all started with a single air plant. It just hung out, literally, in the corner of the room. But then, like a botanical contagion, more plants started to show up. Potted plants, with leaves as big as a toddler’s head. A string of pearls that cascaded down the bookshelf like a tiny waterfall. And of course, a prickly cactus that reminded everyone to not get too comfortable. Soon enough, the apartmentfelt like a jungle, but no one was complaining.
