If my skull’s right eye socket had a corner, that’s where the simultaneously seering and subtle pain would start. That’s when I take a pill or three - prescribed by an MD of course. I know what’s coming next… Incredible pain, extreme fatigue (not the kind with functional cargo pockets), light sensitivity combined with nausea that allow for no Netflix binge of any kind - all the latest docs must wait. (Sorry Bad Vegan, etc!)
What caused it this time…
-
Did I take all my meds?
-
Too much stress?
-
Too much caffeine? Not enough caffeine?
-
Not enough sleep?
-
Did I eat something weird? I always eat something weird.
-
Too much screen time? Do I need blue light glasses?
-
I SHOULD GET MORE GLASSES. LET’S GO SHOPPING.
I forgot… I don’t have the best track record with new glasses, ya know, migraines… Total Catch-22. Am I using that right? I’m getting Michael Scott vibes.
